These terms govern use of the PVGround solar design software and the pvground.com website. By accessing the platform or using our services, you agree to these terms.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use PVGround for your organization's internal business processes only. PVGround retains ownership; the software is licensed, not sold. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Free trial access (14 days) ends automatically when the trial period expires.
You must not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or its algorithms. • Inject malware or harmful code into our infrastructure. • Scrape or collect data from our systems using bots or crawlers. • Resell, rent, or distribute the platform as your own service. Demo and key request forms must be submitted with accurate information.
PVGround owns all intellectual property in the platform, documentation, algorithms, and interface. Use does not grant ownership. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
You must protect proprietary information, summaries, and reports obtained from PVGround for five years after you stop using the platform. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
The platform and software are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy of designs. You are responsible for installing updates. The software is an engineering aid; verifying calculations, drawings, and quantities is entirely your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVGround is not liable for indirect losses, data corruption, or loss of commercial revenue. Direct liability is limited to amounts actually paid under applicable insurance coverage.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, leave your organization, or your subscription ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company), license and technical usage data (device ID, license information, app version), website security and access logs (IP address, browser information, pages visited), and (only with your consent) analytics data. Error and diagnostic reports: when the software encounters an error, it may automatically send a technical report; it also sends a technical record at the start of each session and when the license signature is verified (with the result of that verification). The report contains your device ID (and previous device ID, if any), computer name, application, CAD and operating-system versions, the error message text, stack trace and technical context, and the IP address of the request. The event time (your device clock and the server's receipt time), session ID, language/region setting, CAD product and 32/64-bit information, product ID, details of the license verification call (the endpoint called, HTTP status, error code or server error text) and a support reference code are also recorded. Session-start and signature-verification records carry the same fields and the IP address. On our server the report is matched with your license record (license key, email, name, company), and one summary record per device (the device summary: times of the first and last report, counters, the ID, support reference code, error code, category and severity of the last event, the first 200 characters of the last message, device name, CAD product, application and CAD versions, license key and details of the matched license holder) is kept. Drawing content is not sent; however, error messages may incidentally contain technical text such as file or folder names. Error and diagnostic report data (including the IP address and device ID) is not written to our license database; your license record is only read to match the report.
Your personal data is processed for license management and technical support, responding to demo and license requests, website security, fulfilling legal obligations, and (with your explicit consent) product development analytics. Error and diagnostic reports are processed to detect, diagnose and fix software errors, to ensure the reliability and security of the software, and to provide technical support and license management. Legal bases: performance of the contract (KVKK Article 5/2-c) and our legitimate interest in the reliability and security of the software, provided your fundamental rights and freedoms are not harmed (KVKK Article 5/2-f).
Your personal data is retained for as long as required for the processing purpose, unless you request otherwise. Retention may be extended where required by law; data is deleted or anonymized when the purpose no longer applies. Error and diagnostic reports are deleted automatically after approximately 90 days (automatic deletion is best-effort and may be delayed); the per-device summary is deleted approximately 90 days after the last report from that device. Server request logs of our cloud provider (which include the IP address) may be kept for approximately 30 days.
Data may be transferred to: • Google Firebase (license and visitor logs) • Google Cloud Run / Firestore (error and diagnostic reports: the request is processed in the United States (us-central1); database records are stored in Europe (eur3); server request logs (which include the IP address) may be kept in the cloud provider's infrastructure for approximately 30 days) • Google Workspace / Google Sheets (visitor and consent logs) • Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (only with analytics consent) • Supabase (accounts and testimonials) Cross-border transfers follow KVKK Article 9 safeguards.
DWG files and calculations created with PVGround remain on your local computer by default; project content is not uploaded to our servers. Error reports do not contain drawing content; however, error messages may incidentally contain technical text such as file or folder names.
Under KVKK Article 11 you may request information, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation. Contact info@pvground.com; we respond within 30 days.
We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access. Breaches are handled according to legal notification duties.
