These terms govern use of the PVGround solar design software and the pvground.com website. By accessing the platform or using our services, you agree to these terms.
You receive a personal, non-transferable, revocable license to use PVGround for your organization's internal business processes only. PVGround retains ownership; the software is licensed, not sold. Login credentials are personal and must not be shared. Free trial access (14 days) ends automatically when the trial period expires.
You must not: • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software or its algorithms. • Inject malware or harmful code into our infrastructure. • Scrape or collect data from our systems using bots or crawlers. • Resell, rent, or distribute the platform as your own service. Demo and key request forms must be submitted with accurate information.
PVGround owns all intellectual property in the platform, documentation, algorithms, and interface. Use does not grant ownership. Feedback you provide may be used without compensation.
You must protect proprietary information, summaries, and reports obtained from PVGround for five years after you stop using the platform. Personal data processing is described in our Privacy Policy.
The platform and software are provided "as is" without warranty of uninterrupted access or absolute accuracy of designs. You are responsible for installing updates. The software is an engineering aid; verifying calculations, drawings, and quantities is entirely your responsibility.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PVGround is not liable for indirect losses, data corruption, or loss of commercial revenue. Direct liability is limited to amounts actually paid under applicable insurance coverage.
We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, leave your organization, or your subscription ends.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Ankara courts and enforcement offices have exclusive jurisdiction.

We may collect identity and contact details (name, email, phone, company), license and technical usage data (device ID, license information, app version), website security and access logs (IP address, browser information, pages visited), and (only with your consent) analytics data.
Your personal data is processed for license management and technical support, responding to demo and license requests, website security, fulfilling legal obligations, and (with your explicit consent) product development analytics.
Your personal data is retained for as long as required for the processing purpose, unless you request otherwise. Retention may be extended where required by law; data is deleted or anonymized when the purpose no longer applies.
Data may be transferred to: • Google Firebase (license and visitor logs) • Google Workspace / Google Sheets (visitor and consent logs) • Google Analytics 4 and Microsoft Clarity (only with analytics consent) • Supabase (accounts and testimonials) Cross-border transfers follow KVKK Article 9 safeguards.
DWG files and calculations created with PVGround remain on your local computer by default; project content is not uploaded to our servers.
Under KVKK Article 11 you may request information, correction, deletion, objection, and compensation. Contact info@pvground.com; we respond within 30 days.
We protect personal data with technical and organizational measures against unauthorized access. Breaches are handled according to legal notification duties.
